| As a seasoned Hotelier, John Koon created JEK Consulting to assist hotels with staffing needs, developing marketing plans, and helping make a difference in running effective and efficient sales, marketing, catering and reservation departments in hotels around the country. Through his hotel experience, Mr. Koon also developed annual marketing plans and helped in refocusing the existing plans to better enhance profitability. This was often done through deployment, staff development and review of Star Reports and the Hotelintelligence Report to determine strategies and implementations of programs. During his professional tenure, he has been responsible for revamping properties with flag changes and helped enhance them with new marketing tools to better position their product in the competitive set. Mr.

for hotel owners in providing excellent marketing tools during renovations,
expansion, and food and beverage outlet changes. His vast knowledge
provides leadership in showcasing these new changes and he is able to
draw on his client, industry and press connections in maximizing positive
